The chondrus crispus moss is high in healthy omega 3s and 6s for healthy heart and brain function; the eucheuma cottonii is high in vitamin D for bone and sleep health, and bladderwrack provides a good source of iodine to increase metabolism and support thyroid and adrenal function. This sea moss blend is abundant in potassium chloride which dissolves excess mucus in the body. Excess mucus can lead to frequent coughing, congestion, or the formation of mucoid plaque in blood vessels or the digestive tract making it challenging for the body to optimally function. Sea moss helps to safely remove excess mucus from the body.

Suggested use: Take a minimum of 2 tablespoons per day. The gel can be taken directly by mouth, or blended into a smoothie, or dissolved into a cup of warm tea. The gel can also be applied as a face mask. Place 1 teaspoon into hands, rub hands together, and apply evenly on clean face. Let sit on face for 30 to 45 minutes until hardens. Rinse off face with warm water.
Keep refrigerated. The sea moss jar is good in the refrigerator for up to four weeks from the packaged date which is displayed on the jar. Unused portions can be frozen in a freezer-safe container for up to a year.
